MoboTrex™ (formerly Brown Traffic Products, Inc.) serves the Intelligent Transportation Systems industry in the Midwest and beyond. Founded in 1969 by Roger L. Brown, the company initially served the traffic industry in Minnesota and Iowa.

In 1976, William J. Schiltz, the former General Sales Manager for Eagle Traffic Control Systems, purchased the company. The territory has since expanded to include Missouri, Nebraska, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota and now Texas.

In November of 2013, MoboTrex came full circle with the acquisition of the Eagle Traffic Control Systems manufacturing division (now MoboTrex Manufacturing), based in Austin, TX.  With two of the elite teams in the industry now partnering as one, MoboTrex is able to bring our spirit of quality and innovation into the manufacturing sector.

All of us at MoboTrex are committed to the spirit of Innovation, Technology and Service all while meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
